Note to Wiibrew staff: Please don't outright nuke this page just for being 'warez' like the last page for Nintendont. GameCube games, while supported by the Wii, are not being sold or produced anymore. If emulators for the Wii can be kept even though they involve warez, then it should also be fine to have a GC loader. Please give a detailed response to this if the page is to be deleted once more, or remove this notice if the page is finally approved to be on Wiibrew. Thanks.
Nintendont, initially developed by Crediar, is a homebrew emulator allowing to launch GameCube games on a USB drive or an SD card for Wii consoles and Wii U vWii mode. Nintendont is excellent for loading games and it is very fast. Nintendont is compatible with DIOS MIOS files, but it is also compatible with ISOs. The system needs to have IOS58 to use Nintendont.
Nintendont (sometimes misspelled as Nintendon't) is a GameCube USB loader for Wii and Wii U.Unlike the earlier DIOS MIOS, it loads games in Wii Mode rather than GameCube mode, which allows it to support additional controllers and brings several other enhancements. If I use a Wii U forwarder icon for USB Loader GX, I need to use a Wiimote or a Pro Controller to select the game. It's not compatible, nor will it ever be, with the GameCube controller (or any HID controller, it seems). If I use a Wii VC channel to boot Nintendont, it forces the Gamepad to be Player 1. Connect your storage device to your Wii or Wii U and start The Homebrew Channel. Select Nintendont. Notes The Wii and Wii U SD card slot is known to be slow. If you're using an SD card and are having performance issues, consider either using a USB SD reader or a USB hard drive. USB flash drives are known to be problematic.
Features
Nintendont can launch GameCube discs (Older Wiis that support GC discs only) with certain features. Nintendont can force progressive scan, force NTSC, PAL50 or PAL60, force widescreen, and in the case of Wiis that support GC discs, force the system to read GC discs at the same speed as a Wii disc. (This may cause issues with games that depend on disc speed).
Nintendont can also load games via SD or USB, it checks for .iso files in either USB/Games or SD/Games.
Nintendont can also support USB controllers, like the PS3 controller, and a GameCube controller to USB as well.

Complete these steps
- Assign a network IP address to your console. Learn more about changing IP address settings.
- Log in to your router’s settings. Learn more about accessing your router's settings page.
- Locate the Port Forwarding settings. While the location will vary from router to router, it will typically be located in an area titled firewall, virtual server, security, or applications and gaming.
- When asked for an application name, you can enter any word (Wii, etc.)
- Enter the starting port and the ending port required for the console being used. If the game requires a range, enter the lower number first (i.e. starting port 1, ending port 65535).
- Set the appropriate protocol.
- For games published by Nintendo, you'll often need to forward UDP ports 1 through 65535, and would set this to UDP.
- Enter the IP address you assigned to the console.
- Check Enable or Apply to turn on this rule.
- Save the changes to the router.
